The gentle breeze from the west brushed past the trees in front of my house. I wouldn’t have noticed the breeze if it hadn’t swayed through the branches. The leaves, equally, moved lyrically to the cold air. Right across the road, the tips of the Common Beech trees bent slightly from side to side accepting the gentle push from the force invisible to the naked eyes.
I listened to the sound of my electric kettle pinging sound. With each sound a puff of steam sneaked out of the spout. The pinging sounds grew louder as the water bubbled letting out chains of steam interlocked. The steam locked hands and rose until it mixed up with the clear air. Definitely, this movement signalled the moment of pleasure from the steamy refreshing goodness.
The concept of movement is the most ignored sign of all miracles. Undoutedly, we exist on movement. The race of life that takes place inconspicuously in a mother. The sperm’s race through the cervix to the oviduct involves strength and some movements. Everything on earth moves voluntarily and involuntarily.
Transition
Undeniably, nature has a dictionary of narrative movements. The tiny ants march, move and scattered around guarding their colonies with intense veracity. The bees beat their wings multiple times to create the noisy buzz we hear. Through movement, they collect nectar.
The gliding of the clouds across the sky; gently tugged by the winds. As a result, each mass of fluffiness gracefully displays its beauty. Likewise, the changing seasons are defined through movements. The falling of the leaves in autumn to the growth spurts of spring. The circle of water is through movement. We evolve through movement.
The oxygen we take in gives us life; the ultimate sign of living. The sucking of the air down the throat to the lungs then to the bloodstream. Movements!
We grow through movement. The streams and lakes gush forth with movement. Birds flap and chirp through moving. We evolve through movement. The food chain works in unison, through movement we sow, tender to our crops and harvest the produce.
Your Movement
It would be of no surprise that your body yearns for movement. Invariably, regular movement through physical activities is important to your health. The wiring of the muscles around the body system helps you in many ways. They help you lift. They help the blood circulate through the body.
Through movement, the body becomes stronger. We create definitions through movement. Strength, endurance and resilience are the gains of movement. We are created to move. To gain all what movement has to offer, find the moves that work for you. Stick to it. Add more to your life. Move!!!
And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all (heavenly bodies) in an orbit are swimming.
