125ml of lukewarm water

Olive oil or sunflower oil for the tray

100g of cheese ( I used both cheddar and mozzarella ). Half grated and half chopped.

Sliced sausages, chicken, salami or any topping of your choice

Side salad to serve.

Here is what to do

Preheat your oven to 240C/220C fan/gas 9.

Oil a 20 x 24cm baking tray or any oven tray.

Mix the yeast, flour, a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and the sugar in a bowl.

Stir in the water, then mix together and knead until smooth.

Place the kneaded dough unto the oil tray and flatten with your fingertips.

Spread passata or tomato puree over the flatten dough, leaving a thin border around the edge.

Season the passata/ tomato puree with some dried herbs, at this stage sprinkle your toppings over the passata, then your cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked.

Beautify your pizza with some green leaves. Basil works in this regards.

Serve with your salad choice.

Enjoy!
