Pepper Stuffed with Herbal Rice.

This is a very simple, but, surprisingly delicious meal. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian. This dish can also be part of your weight loss diet. It is also a great way of using up your leftover rice. The great thing about this dish is how easy it is to adapt it to. The pepper serves as a bowl where you can add all your favourite bits. It a well-known fact that bell pepper is filled with beneficial nutrition. It is good for all year around supply of Vitamin C and it tastes great. Instead of using rice, you can add any meat or other vegetables.

I used mixed herbs in my recipes. The goodness of herbs in food cannot be fully written. Apart from the tastes, healing properties of herbs always take me back to them. Among other herbs, I use thyme, mint, basil, marjoram, chives, bay leaves, black pepper cone, chili pepper, dill, cinnamon, ginger, oregano, rosemary, parsley just to mention a few and each dish determines what herbs to go for.

If you are thinking of full on flavour in your food, try investing in simple herbs and you will start reaping the benefit in no time.

Ingredients
Large Bell Pepper
Mixed herbs
Boiled rice
Chopped onions
Chopped chili
Drops of oil
Preheat the oven to 150 C. Cut off the top of your pepper. Keep the ‘lid’. To prepare your herbal rice, pure your cooked rice into a bowl. Season with mixed herbs, add the chopped onions and chopped chili if using, add few drops of oil and mixed up all the ingredients.
Grab your open pepper and fill the seasoned rice.

Place on an oven dish and place the dish in the oven and let it cook for 10 minutes. Cook until the skin of the pepper appear to have a wrinkle. Enjoy your delicious meal.
