How to curb internet addiction.
I grew up not knowing anything about the internet. Everything back then was in black and white. It was fun. It was adventurous. Life was in the outdoor, newspapers, radios and national news. As a teenager, it was exciting walking down to the post office to send letters. There was always an ecstatic reception to the replies. No mobile phones to disrupt lessons. No Facebook. The sociable ones had pen pals and it was an experience to behold. It is hard to imagine living and achieving full potentials without the internet and its abundance, but, we did.
Internet addiction has become a global problem. As the use of internet spread across the globe so is the imminent danger of its wrath. There is nothing more reassuring than finding the antidote of internet addiction after accepting the defeat and coming to the realisation of its addiction. (more…)
